In every case, the department of order handling will inform you about the condition of your order (by phone or by mail).
Our company makes every possible effort to deliver your order within the agreed timetable.
Our company takes every possible measure in order to pack all products cautiously, so that they can reach the recipient without damage. Upon receiving, you should check that the products match your order and that there is no damage to them. In the case of error or damage, you should inform us immediately.
You ought to inform us on the day or, at least, the following day of delivery, about faulty products, quantity errors, etc. Our company holds the right not to accept whichever demand is stated outside this deadline and is discharged of any responsibility towards the customer. As a result, it is presumed that you accept the products the way they are upon delivery and no return can be accepted. If all the above are followed and on condition that the products are faulty, then the company will replace your order. The products must be in their initial state and packaging. The shipping fees in case of faulty merchandise are paid by us. In case our company finds flaws in the products, then we can refund you or replace the products in our expence.
